In an embarrassing lapse in Demonic security 99 souls staged a breakout from the Abyss and escaped into the mortal world. In order to circumvent flak from the Goodly Gods the senior Demons created a sword with great power over those particular demon souls. This they gave to a half-demon and sent her into the world to seek out and returned the damned to where they belong. On the swords is written the names of all the souls in demonic runes and as they are killed the names vanish.

Creepy is the little manservant (and we use that term loosely here) of Lady Angelika of the Hidden Rage. It (mostly) lives in a little vase and comes out when she calls. It mainly appears to be comprised of insubstantial tentacles. It was later presented as a gift to Demara, who named it.
