In early 2017 Mike Jeffs, the Commercial Director for Branded3, put together a nice article called “OK Google, Siri, Alexa, Cortana; Can you tell me some stats on voice search?” that summarizes where VAs are in terms of market uptake and outlook. Here are some of the stats from that meticulously researched piece:
