1 package lemon Jello
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream

Dissolve Jello on boiling water. Add half-and-half and vanilla. Blend in sour cream (mixture will be slightly curdled). Chill until slightly thickened. Beat mixture until smooth. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Unmold and serve with fruit, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
