Senior Software Engineer

I was hired into Lotus to co-ordinate the automated testing effort of the different product groups Windows and OS/2 software. This involved eliciting the co-operation of several engineers with different goals to produce, as a team, a set of testing software that could be used throughout all of Lotus. Although initially my responsibilities only included the Dublin office this quickly grew to include all the international sites. This gave me the opportunity to work with many diverse cultures and backgrounds.
